Why am I taken to the Amazon or another external website?
We create products that we cannot manufacture, for that reason we use platforms that do that for us.
For this reason, on our website, you will either see a BUY ON ‘name of the platform’ or a Buy Now button.
If you are redirected to an external website that means that that platform will manufacture your product when you place an order. For that reason, anything related to that order needs to be dealt with that platform.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At the moment we don’t ship any items. You either place an order with our manufactures or if you buy a product directly on our website no shipping is required as that product will be downloadable.
PAYMENT
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
For our own products, we offer safe shopping and accept payment via Stripe (Credit card, Debit card or VISA). So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in British Pounds.
On the other platforms follow their indications.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY DIGITAL PRODUCTS SEPARATE FROM OTHER PRODUCTS?
Because those payments are collected by us directly, while other products are manufactured by other companies, hence you pay them directly and then they will pay us our commission or royalty.
